General Troubleshooting

If something in Pronto isn't working as expected, try these steps first.


The quick fixes that solve 90% of issues


1. Hard refresh the page

Forces the browser to reload all assets:

  • Mac: Cmd + Shift + R
  • Windows/Linux: Ctrl + Shift + R


2. Sign out and sign back in

This refreshes your session and re-syncs your subscription and data:

  1. Click your avatar → Sign Out
  2. Sign back in


3. Try a different browser

If something works in one browser but not another, it's usually a browser extension or cache issue:

  • Try: Chrome, Firefox, or Safari
  • Disable extensions: Ad blockers and privacy extensions sometimes interfere with the app


4. Clear your browser cache

  • Chrome: Settings → Privacy and security → Clear browsing data → Cached images and files
  • Safari: Develop menu → Empty Caches
  • Firefox: Settings → Privacy & Security → Clear Data → Cached Web Content


5. Disable ad/script blockers

Extensions like uBlock Origin, AdBlock, or Brave's shield can block some app functionality. Try whitelisting gopronto.co.


Device and browser support


Pronto works best on:

  • Browsers: Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge (latest versions)
  • Devices: Desktop and laptop (primary), tablet (supported), mobile (basic support)


For the best experience, use a desktop browser.


Reporting a bug


If you find something that's clearly broken, please let us know:

  1. Open the chat bubble
  2. Describe what you were doing and what happened
  3. Include your browser and device info if possible
  4. Screenshots are extremely helpful
