How to Delete Your Account

If you'd like to permanently delete your Pronto account and all associated data, we'll take care of it.


How to request deletion


Account deletion is processed by our support team to ensure your data is fully removed.


  1. Open the chat bubble in the bottom-right corner
  2. Tell us you'd like to delete your account
  3. We'll confirm your identity and process the deletion within 1 business day


What gets deleted


When your account is deleted:


  • Your profile and login credentials
  • All saved resumes and optimizations
  • Your voice profiles
  • Your application tracker data
  • Your billing records (note: Stripe retains transaction records per their legal obligations)


This is permanent


Account deletion cannot be undone. If you think you might want to come back, consider simply cancelling your subscription and keeping the account open — free accounts cost nothing.


Data export


If you'd like to export your data before deleting, let us know and we'll send you a copy of your resumes and application history.


GDPR / Privacy requests


If you're making a deletion request under GDPR or another privacy regulation, please mention this in your request and we'll process it accordingly and provide confirmation of deletion.
