How to Upgrade to Pro

Upgrading takes about 30 seconds and unlocks all Pro features immediately.


Steps to upgrade


  1. Click Get Pro in the top navigation bar, or
  2. Click Upgrade when prompted after hitting your free plan limit
  3. Choose your plan: Monthly ($15/mo), Annual ($12/mo), or Lifetime ($249)
  4. Enter your payment details in the secure checkout
  5. Done — Pro features are unlocked instantly


Payment methods


Pronto uses Stripe for payments. Accepted methods include:


  • All major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover)
  • Apple Pay and Google Pay (where available)


Your payment details are handled entirely by Stripe and never stored on Pronto's servers.


After upgrading


  • Pro features activate immediately — no need to refresh or log out
  • You'll receive a receipt from Stripe at your billing email
  • Your subscription appears in Settings → Billing


Upgrading from monthly to annual


To switch from monthly to annual billing, contact us via chat and we'll help you make the switch with a prorated adjustment.


Upgrading to Lifetime


If you're on a Pro monthly or annual plan and want to switch to Lifetime, contact support and we'll help you transition.
