Managing Your Account
You can update your account details and preferences from the Settings page.
Accessing Settings
Click your avatar or name in the top-right corner of the dashboard and select Settings, or navigate directly to the Settings page from the sidebar.
What you can manage
- Profile — Update your name and display preferences
- Email — Change your email address
- Password — Update your password (or set one if you signed up with Google)
- Billing — View your current plan, manage your subscription, and update payment details
- Voice Profiles — Create, edit, and delete your writing style profiles
- Notifications — (if applicable) Manage email preferences
Changing your email
If you signed up with email/password:
- Go to Settings
- Find the Email field
- Enter your new email and confirm the change
If you signed up with Google, your email is tied to your Google account and managed there.
Changing your password
- Go to Settings
- Find the Password section
- Enter your current password and your new password
- Confirm the change
If you signed up with Google and don't have a password, you can set one in Settings.
Need help with account access?
If you're locked out of your account, use the Forgot Password link on the sign-in page. If that doesn't work, contact us via chat.
