Pronto takes your data seriously. Here's what we collect, how we use it, and your rights.


What data Pronto stores


  • Your resume content — stored securely so you don't have to re-upload it
  • Optimization history — the resumes you've generated and job descriptions used
  • Application tracker data — jobs you've added and their statuses
  • Account information — email address, name, subscription status


How your data is used


  • To power resume optimization and AI generation
  • To save your history so you can access past work
  • To communicate with you about your account (receipts, support)


We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing.


Data security


  • All data is transmitted over HTTPS
  • Resume content and personal data is stored in a secure, encrypted database
  • Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe — Pronto never sees your full card details


Your rights


You have the right to:

  • Access your data — ask us for an export
  • Correct inaccurate data
  • Delete your data — see How to Delete Your Account
  • Portability — receive your data in a portable format


GDPR


If you're based in the EU or UK, you have rights under GDPR. Contact us via chat to exercise any of these rights and we'll respond within 30 days.


Data retention


If you delete your account, your data is permanently removed from our systems within 30 days.
