Monthly and Annual Pro

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all new Pro subscriptions (monthly and annual).

If you're not satisfied within the first 7 days, contact us via chat and we'll issue a full refund — no questions asked.

After 7 days, subscriptions are non-refundable. You can cancel at any time to stop future charges.

Lifetime Plan

Lifetime plans can be refunded within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, Lifetime purchases are final.

How to request a refund

2. Let us know you'd like a refund and why
3. We'll process it within 1–3 business days

Refunds are returned to your original payment method. Bank processing time may add an additional 3–5 business days.

Accidental charges

If you were charged unexpectedly (e.g., forgot to cancel before renewal), reach out and we'll review it on a case-by-case basis. We treat people like people.
