Saving Multiple Resume Versions

Every time you optimize your resume for a job, Pronto saves it automatically. You can find all your past optimizations on the Dashboard.

How saving works

  • Each optimization is saved with the job title and company (if detected)
  • All past optimizations appear as cards on your Dashboard
  • Each saved version includes the resume content, match score, and the job description it was tailored for

Accessing saved resumes

From the Dashboard:

  1. Your recent optimizations appear as cards in the history section
  2. Click any card to re-open that version
  3. You can re-download, edit, or use it as a starting point for a new optimization

Multiple versions (Pro)

Pro users can save unlimited resume versions. This is useful when you're applying to:

  • Multiple roles (e.g., Product Manager vs. Product Analyst)
  • The same role at different companies
  • Jobs at different seniority levels

Renaming saved versions

You can rename saved resumes to keep things organized. Click the name of a resume card to give it a label (e.g., "Google — Senior PM", "Meta — Marketing Manager").

Why save versions?

  • Easily re-apply if a job re-posts
  • Track which resume version you sent where
  • Tailor different resumes for different career tracks without starting from scratch each time
